All-in!
So what I find myself doing after around, oh 7:00am (10am eastern) is nearly no trading on these slow slow days, but yet I don’t want to miss that one trade that could make the whole week or month, instead of going outside, since its nearly 115 here each day, and that just isn’t appealing at all I begin to do other things like watch movies, or playing some online poker to pass the time. I consider my work day from the time I get in front of my computer at 6am, till the time the bell rings. During that time, I will eat, or use the restroom but always at or near my computer.
Here are some of the assortment of things I do on these days in visual form:
I play around 2 or three poker tournaments, nothing with massive buy-ins to make sure I am still focused on my trading screens.
I usually scroll through Instagram to find the latest and greatest booty posts for the day, yea my wife knows that I do this, but so be it. I am a fitness guy, and nothing wrong with a great booty.
I find myself watching usually 3-5 movies each day, when it is this un-bearibly slow, but it has to be an action move, so lately I’ve been screaming, THIS. IS. SPARTA!
Always have to stay updated on the latest and greatest that humanity has to offer, so I then cruise on over to reddit and see whats up. Usually a lot of freaking cat posts.
And last but not least, I always always, have the most important thing up all day long, the IU chatroom. This bad boy, is the highlight of the day,
So, all in all do, what you need to do in order to survive these days, everyone is different, but this is just what I do on a typical summer trading day. Cheers.
